Key Dates to Remember

 

Registration Dates

Registration Form and Registration Fees are due by May 1st

 

Registration Form received after May 1st will be assessed a $25 late fee. (If combined with a school enrollment contract, the registration fee may be waived.)

Tuition Payment Dates

If tuition is paid in full by April 30th, you receive a $5% discount.

Tuition for the 1st half (weeks 1-4) must be paid by June 1st

Tuition for the 2nd half (weeks 5-8) must be paid by July 1st

Cancellations

Cancellations for the 1st half (weeks 1-4) must be received by May 7th.

Cancellations for the 2nd half (weeks 5-8) must be received by June 7th

Emergency Contact Forms Emergency Contact Forms MUST be filled out before June 1st.
Swapping Weeks If you have signed up for one week and find you must later change to a different week, we MAY be able to accommodate you. These situations will be examined on a case by case basis. We must have space available for your child and extra activity fees may be applied.
Mid Summer Registration If you find that you need to register your child mid-summer, we MAY be able to accommodate you. These situations will be examined on a case by case basis. We must have space available for your child and extra activity fees and registration fees may be applied. (If combined with a school enrollment contract, the registration fee may be waived.) Please note that payment for the week MUST be made the FIRST DAY you bring your child to Summer Camp for the drop-in week.
