Important Reminders:

  • Enrollment is limited. Register early for guaranteed placement.

  • Registration Form and Registration Fees are due by May 1st. Registrations received after May 1st will be assessed a late fee of an additional $25. All registrations must be accompanied with a non-refundable registration fee in order to be processed.

  • If tuition is paid in full by April 30th, you receive a $5% discount.

    Tuition for the 1st half (weeks 1-4) must be paid by June 1st

    Tuition for the 2nd half (weeks 5-8) must be paid by July 1st

  • NO REFUNDS are made for absences.

  • NO REFUNDS can be made for cancellations made AFTER May 7th - for the 1st half (weeks 1-4).

  • NO REFUNDS can be made for cancellations made AFTER  June 7th - for the 2nd half (weeks 5-8).

  • Emergency Contact MUST be filled out before June 1st.

You may then submit your registration fee to SJMS 933 Hamlet Street Columbus, Ohio 43201.

Once the registration fee is received, your child will be considered "registered".

Program tuition, paid in full by May 1st, receives a 5% discount. Tuition not paid by May 15th will be billed accordingly.
