Beyond the Classroom
St. Joseph Montessori School is able to offer more opportunities for students outside the classroom. Students can participate in clubs and sports, and contract for extended care and other learning opportunities.
Extended Care
Our Extended Day Program provides fun, recreation, and relaxation to those children who stay for a longer day. Supervised care is available from 7:30-8:15 am and 3:15-6:00 pm. This program allows the child to attend the regular Montessori class, and then to have quality care and activities in a safe play environment. Snacks are provided during the after-school program. Before Care and After Care can be contracted for the entire year. Please refer to our current tuition schedule for the contracted rates for the Extended Day Programs.
Contact Business Manager, Sandy Mason, to inquire about contracting Extended Day Care.
Summer Learning Camp
Every summer, we take our core Montessori beliefs, stir in some sunshine, and add a splash of water to create an excellent summer learning opportunity for your child. Our Summer Learning Camp is filled with fun and exciting experiences that teach values, develop character, build self-confidence, and explore creativity. Our camps are taught by qualified teachers, staff, and professionals in a safe and friendly environment. This year, SJMS Summer Learning Camp offers options for students from preschool through 8th grade - there is something for everyone! We can’t wait for summer!
